[JDEV] Conferencing - how to set up permanent rooms

Excellent, thanks for that, it had been driving me crazy.

I can't seem to get JIM working with passworded rooms though.  It asks
for a password, but then the "Join" button is still greyed out.  Oh
well, can't have everything.
