[JDEV] jabber server 1.4.2 release

CVSROOT is :pserver:anonymous at jabberstudio.org:/home/cvs

All of the old jabberd is under the module:  jabberd14

Sorry for the sudden move, I wasn't totally aware jer was going to just
remove the old dir =)
