[JDEV] Call for submissions

I just posted a news item about two upcoming Jabber conferences being held
this year (one for Europe, one for the Americas):

They're looking for speakers and product demos and all that good stuff, so
if you're actively working with Jabber technologies or just want to meet
fellow Jabber developers, you might want to check it out.

As previously mentioned (http://www.jabber.org/?oid=2472), the O'Reilly
Open Source Convention is calling for proposals, too. So brush up your
speaking skills and get busy! :)
