[JDEV] more p2p & jabber File Sharing

I would like to add webdav as a possible protocol for this... AFAIK
jabber.com commercial server does file sharing this way...

I thought this was closer to regular HTTP.  I guess my large question would
be why not current protocols?  FTP, HTTP, Gnutella, any of those? Maybe some
explanation of why a new protocol would help me better read through this and
understand the logic.
