[JDEV] XML-RPC authentication draft module

Hi,
I wrote a draft auth module that uses XML-RPC - I just
wanted to prove that it could be easily done. I'm
planning to use this to authenticate against bulletin
boards and the like.

It uses the lib at:
http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/

I had to add the objects from the xmlrpc-c libs, and
from the W3C libwww since xmlrpc-c uses it.

The module is at:
