[JDEV] Offline messages

is there any restrictions on no of offline messges that can be sent thru jabber client.
i am using jabbercom.dll for jabber client devlopment on windows machine i am facing the problem that all my roster items get removed whenever i try to recieve the offline messages more than 2.
