[JDEV] instal & configuration

Hello, 

I'm newbie with jabber and I would like to know what I ahve to do to config my jabber server cause I have to develop and Instant message. I downloaded a client,
I Installed and when I try to connect to jabber a received this errors.
[warn] (my_server.ro): xdb_file failed to open file ./spool/my_server.ro/cosmin.xml: No such file or directory 

20020211T15:41:59: [warn] (my_server.ro): xdb_file failed to open file ./spool/my_server.ro/cristi.xml: No such file or directory 

cosmin & cristi are users....

Can help me somebody?
