[JDEV] New Debian Packages

Hello,

just uploaded 1.4.2 Jabber Server Package to Debian non-us unstable.

Those packages are compiled with SSL support, otherwise do not have changes
compared to the 1.4.1-2. This especially means no -dev, no -doc and no
JUD/Transport packages yet.

I will set up a CVS for the Debian part on jabber.org, so I can invite the
contributors.

(In case you wonder looks like I need to continue this project some more :)
