[JDEV] GPG encrypted group chats?

Simply put, it's not possible because of the way GPG/PGP works. Even if 
it were, supposedly it wouldn't exactly be very secure anyway.

I'd rather see work put toward the new encryption standard than 
extending the existing GPG/PGP stuff.
