[JDEV] MSN-t needs a maintainer!

Sorry, but I have been using the msn-transport with no problems whatsoever.
I use it on regular bases to talk to my colleages which haven't converted
to jabber (jet). I just checked which version of the transport I use, and
it is the current CVS version (with exception of the README file ;-) ).
