May I make a suggestion?  Perhaps it would be advantageous to break out
compliance levels by Client and Server, as not all things that must be
required on a server are going to necessarily be the same as the client
and vice versa.

Just a thought.

The compliance wiki is looking for contributions, especially from client
developers. This is the area where we're developing test sets and
standards for determining protocol compliance, on the way to creating a
