[JDEV] libxode: xmlnode_get_tag_data()

Hi,

The docs at http://docs.jabber.org/server/html/libxode.html don't
describe the function xmlnode_get_tag_data().  Was this an accidental
omission, or is there a reason for this?  Should it not be used?

(I tried emailing the docs' author (Keith Minkler), but apparently the
address is no good any longer.)
