[JDEV] Calendar Application

Lemme try putting together an XML representation of a calendar event.
Once we have a reasonable way of representing calendar events, we can
start working on a 'bot to manage our calendars (or gateway them to
another calendaring protocol).
I'll let you know what I come up with ... someday. . .
