Urm no, just because a client can do HTTP transfers it does not make it a
web browser, as by convention a web browser allows you to browse web pages
clicking on links onto other pages etc etc, being able to do HTTP transfers
is very different from being a web browser.
Phew, I was beginning to worry about you, so you didn¹t mean it had to be a
web browser at all, just that it should support HTTP file transfers.
Although I don¹t think it should be a requirement for a jabber client
because that will cause problems for "light" client developers.
