[JDEV] xdb_auth/check BUG fix

Hi,

After speaking to Temas/Nathan/Luis, I thought I'd have a go at
re-writing Jer's original xdb_auth_test.pl script.  Instead of using
XML::Stream, I am using DJ's Jabber::Connection libraries.

I have the script up and running, and so far have not encountered any
problems.  It seems to run very well indeed.

Hopefully we can confirm this script solves the problem mentioned
previously:

If it does prove reliable, maybe we can recommend this script instead of
the original xdb_auth_test.pl script :)  Either that or figure out what
the original problem was (XML::Stream?).
