[JDEV] Emoticons: guidelines

Yup agreed myJabber allows you to turn em off as well. Although we are
only supporting a very small subset at the moment, we are in the process
of adding more for those msn lovers out there.

I agree that this sucks, and it's also why emoticon usage is an option
in Exodus (as it should be in all IM clients). If you're a person who
finds the emoticon usage getting in the way, then just turn them off. :)
