[JDEV] Emoticons: guidelines

An idea could be to insert emoticons in an extension of the <message>, such
as the one used for inserted a url link, for instance when receiving a
headline message from msn or yahoo, something like <x
xmlns='whatever'><icon>.....
This way it would be possible for transports to translate the icons into msn
or yahoo icons, and clients that do not support the tag would simply not
show it.
That way it would also be possible to activate/deactivate the icon by taking
the tag into consideration or not
