[JDEV] list administration troubles

Just so you all know, mailman is giving us trouble right now, but only
with the JDEV list. There is a large backup of administrative requests in
the queue and I am not able to clear it out. So if you've sent a message
from an address other than the one you're subscribed from and it hasn't
been sent out, you know why.
