I dont want to be a Party Pooper (or how someone writes that :)
But would you mind helping us to read your Mails more easily so you even
get read? The Guidelines are easy:

1) Write propper English. Non-native english speakers have to guess what
all those abbreviations are (tx, abt, rgds and so on). I know what these
are, but i bet alot of people dont.

2) Quote only necessary Parts.

3) Dont Put the Quote at the bottom, put them on the top instead. This
is Humans native Form of reading (although i bet some southwest-asian
People might disagree :] ) and eases the Reading up.

I dont want everyone to force to this rules and i will ignore any
non-factual discussion, but -speaking for me- i tend to ignore Mails
whose Writers ignored the fact that their style of writing causes the
Reader to spend extra unnecessary time on understanding the Mail.
Please note that iam talking of the Lazyness of the Writer, NOT about
eventually non-native english speaking Writers which naturally have
Problems with expressing themselves in a foreign Language. (This
probably applies to me too, anyway ;)

I bet iam not the only one on this List thinking this way.

short: You ought to write in an easy-to-read way if you want to be read.

thanks,
