[JDEV] Online users

jsm/users.c contains some code to support this. if you start the 
server in debug mode you will see the number of users online. If you 
don't want to be always running in debug mode you can change the 
log_debug call to log_error call or use fprintf(stderr, .... )
you will have to recompile the server of course.
