[JDEV] compiling jabber server on Mac OS X

Hmm.. wonder what I was doing wrong then since I got errors compiling the
CVS version a few weeks ago... don't remember what exactly the errors were
but for some reason I got a "wrong compiler" impression... will have to
check out from CVS and try again soon.
