[JDEV] compiling jabber server on Mac OS X

The Mac OS X build of jabberd is available from:

http://www.funcall.com/Download/Jabber.html

You can get either instructions on patching the source, or pre-patched 
1.4.1 source.
Not sure if the patches have been submitted back to CVS; I can't find 
the email I thought confirmed that.

Further discussion of this port should happen on the mac-dev list, 
probably...
