[JDEV] python?

hi folks,

i'm currently developing a jabber client in python for the BeOS and aiming
to port it to other OS too, i.e. QNX, so i'm experimenting with a
'jabber.py' modul for complete OS independence. i'd like to take a look at
writing a jabber server in python.
is anyone out there who's interested in bringing a server to python or is
already involved in such a project?
