[JDEV] Protocal Specifier on jabber addresses; creation of JUPLs

Ok...so hastly rename them to Network (or Architecture?) Specifiers (to be
integrated into JabberIDs). Then, the point is to access other instant
messaging networks that do not neccessarily have the same architecture as
Jabber, and to create a uniform way of addressing a person, probably without
using the URI standard (as not all IM networrks conform to this metaphor).
NB. I do realise this would require a lot of work implementing, and it is
more meant as an academic point.
