[JDEV] Jabber lack

Jabber server run on port 5222, AFAIK it makes impossible to connect to 
jabber server using some kind of proxy tools such as SOCKS, HTTP Proxy

Jabber developer should make an extension, maybe mod_jabber on apache,
that allow user to use HTTP_proxy  :)
