[JDEV] Time to speed up development

Alright all, I'm tired of development for the future of Jabber moving at
a snails pace.  I'm pushing as hard as I can over this Thanksgiving
break to get together a basic presentation of the pieces of a new
server.  I'm not totally sure I can make that goal, because I really
haven't weighed the risk involved with all the pieces, but I'm at a
breaking point where if I don't push this forward it's just going to
die.

Along those lines I've put together some information for a pubsub model
for Jabber that has been rattling around some of the original core team
for a long time.  I finally wrote them down and started an
implementation.  I'm going to return to it after I hit the jabelin stuff
for a while so I would really like to start gathering feedback.  Please
note this is really a baby step into a large arena of pubsub type stuff,
so be gentle on me =)
