[JDEV] C++ interface to jabberd

Yes, every part can be ripped up as an external component.  Jabber.org
actually runs every component this way so that if there is a crash we
don't bring down the whole server.  Although, be forewarned that if you
take down and external JSM without a full restart of your connection
components you can potentially get weird results.
