[JDEV] New JabberCOM.DLL posted

Greetings all -

I just posted the latest "fresh" JabberCOM.. Not too many changes but some
bug fixes. Most importantly fixed 2 events so that clients receive
iq-version and iq-time responses correctly, and this version fixes the
windows shut-down bug. Be sure to check the change log as usual, and refer
to: http://jabbercom.sf.net for documentation.
