[JDEV] Un-register using Net::Jabber?

The answer to that would be No.  For the past few releases of 
Net::Jabber no flags tags like that were being put into the XML stream. 
 Luckily, I am making a release tonight for Jogger so this will be fixed 
in 1.0024 that will hit  CVS right now, and CPAN later on.
