[JDEV] min required impl for client ?

Hi,

I'm building a Jabber client that provides a transport channel for a
SOAP server[1], If there a defined minimum set of messages that a
client should handle ?, the only things i'm handling now is the
authentication process, iq messages for version and iq messages for
SOAP.
