yes, I had this problem with the first dpsm version I used (in
april). my solution was barbaric : I removed this line and the two
next (the problem coming from cl->rate->points being already freed or
something like that) ...
but, since then, I've downloaded a new version of dpsm (CVS snapshot
of 05/17) and this problem did not occur anymore (thanks to temas for
its work on dpsm, it's a great improvement for jabber). 
but I did not have time to look at the code so I can't give you a more
precise response ...
