[JDEV] jabber prepended to domain name

said it before, the client can still not find
the server without using MX/SRV-lookup.

another idea spawning from the previous
is to to have clients requesting a resolution
for mydomain.com.resolv.jabber.org which
could mimic SRV without portinfo.
the domain mydomain.com.resolv.jabber.org
could easily be managed by the domain's own
dns. -- all while we wait for SRV-support in
clients.

another issue on SVR, right now the server
requests info for _jabber._tcp.domain.com.
that works for plain jabbertraffic, but what if
we start using ssl? are there any requests sent
for _jabbers._tcp.domain.com ? and ports?
is that hardcoded in the server?

    /m
