[JDEV] [jadmin] Friendly Admin Gives Fair Warning

Hey all, just a warning.  I'm about to attempt to upgrade Mailman (the
mailing list manager) at the same time I'm going to be looking at
getting a NNTP gateway setup.  So be careful posting for a while today.
I'll send out a notice to both lists again once I think we're all clear
and the dust has settled.
