[JDEV] Tunneling stuff over Jabber

It's something I threw together this evening. Basically, I can use it to
tunnel any standard IO stream across Jabber.

It's a little raw around the edges, but its an hours' work. It wouldn't
be difficult to adapt it to do TCP port forwarding or something.
