[JDEV] returning all spool directory members

All users?  I've never seen such a thing.  But this is the code to use to
show online users:

<iq type='get' to='jabber.toddbradley.com'><query
xmlns='jabber:iq:admin'><who/></query></iq>

Note: This works with JCS, but I'm not sure if it works with the open source
server.
