[JDEV] Something similar to ICQ Active Lists

A while ago I began thinking about such a thing. It wouldn't be too hard
to modify the code of the groupchat agent to do something like a mailing
list. I figured out all of the details, but I haven't had the time to
work on actual code (nor am I familiar with the libraries and such used
by the groupchat/conference agent and the code of the agent itself).

If anyone has the time and knows enough to code it, I can explain
further... but I'm short on time at the moment.
