[JDEV] connection between client/server using udp

It should be possible at this time.  The c2s component is just that, a
component.  If you want a different one you would just need to plug it in.
I'm not 100% positive on
any other deep down issues, but if jer can write a HTTP one, I'm surea  UDP
one can't be too bad.
