[JDEV] ICQ-Transport BUG!

     Yes,I have meet the same problem.I am developing a Chinese version Jabber client.Everything is ok except that i can not send Chinese message from ICQ Client to my Jabber client called AnyQ.Though i can do it from AnyQ to ICQ client.Any advice ? Thx a lot.
