[JDEV] Jabber DevZone News - Integration of full support for XML-RPC and SOAP

Okay I would be interested in following the integration of
XML-RPC and SOAP.
My current thinking on this are:
- XML-RPC is way simpler but it fit only an RPC model, i.e. is
adequate only for point-to-point communication without latencies.
- SOAP is more interesting since they didn't tied themselves to a
programming model and hence can fit more elaborate patterns of
communication like talking to a Group or delayed communications.
On the other hand it's complex and relies on XML Schemas which has
not finished it's standardisation track at W3C.
I think I have a good background in the field (PhD on group communication
in Distributed OSes, worked at W3C in the HTTP-NG project and XML standards).
I am of course somewhat following SOAP standardization at W3C.
So where is/will the discussion take place, here ? On the web site
(but where ? what URL ?).
