[JDEV] Bug in JabberCOM

I found 2 bugs:

- in JabberD on jabber.org (my be in ICQ transport): when requesting agent
registration - it doesn't send me "<registered>" tag. (in CVS version it's
ok)

- in JabberCOM - when deleting agent registration - it does not send <key>
tag. I think that the function IJabberAgentItem.DeleteRegister is bad
designed - it has to recieve "key" as parameter.
