[JDEV] ICQ Server?

Yep, there's discussion of it over in jadmin. You can try (not the latest
latest CVS because it segfaults) but the one before it with dnsrv and it
might work. Right now, you probably have the release version which has a
hardcoded IP and it only connects to that 1 server instead of the multiple
ICQ servers that Mirabilis has.
