[JDEV] Configuration parsing using jabber.xml failed

There's a handy well-formed checker online at
http://www.xml.com/pub/a/tools/ruwf/check.html 
Copy and paste your jabber.xml into the form on this page and it'll tell you
if you've got any errors.
