[JDEV] problems with SSL support

I have exactly the same problem, thinking it might be the way I
generated the SSL cert but not sure.  It works fine under linux.

Just done:
openssl s_client -connect <your.ip.goes.here>:5223
and got:

exactly the same error as from winjab.
