[JDEV] LDAP backend

I've stopped working on the stuff at the tigris.org site. I have a new 
job and I no longer have time to code stuff, plus I'm no longer a sys 
admin, so I don't have a real need to setup a jabber server. And 
since the SourceExchange $$ is used up, I no longer have any 
financial incentive to work towards it.

However, If you can get an account created at tigris.org, I'll be 
happy to do what it takes to get access to the CVS stuff, if you 
want to continue to work on it. It will take some work to get it to 
work with 1.4, but probably not too much.

Plus jabber.com is rolling the code into the commerical jabber 
server.
