was there something in the header indicating these are direct subscriptions to
Yahoo ? - I'd deleted the originals.

Sheridan ( the moderator ) and David Winer ( userland ) have mentioned Jabber as
a transport for MS's  New New Next Big Thing. They may have posted these
directly.
