[JDEV] I18n

Hi!

I'm new with Jabber project, so please excuse me if I'll say smth wrong ;-)

I tried to register at jabber.org and free-source.com, and it seems both 
servers have the same problem: when I receive ICQ message which contains letter 
with code 0xFE, rest of the message is discarded. I tried to use 2 different 
Jabber clients - result is the same. I have this problem with russian messages 
in CP1251 encoding, but I think it's possible than other user with non-english 
languages can have the same problem. Is it possible to correct this in some way?
