Do you know what Microsoft's "Hailstorm" is?  Neither do 
I.  We may all find out after Thursday's ultra-secret 
briefings this Thursday in Redmond.  My speculation is that 
it is Microsoft's .Net services cloud that captures all six 
million Microsoft developers and never lets them go.  These 
services will harness UDDI and SOAP to effectively take 
Microsoft's products to the next level - globally 
distributed Web Services.  If you have info or want to 
listen to what other's might have to say, I've set up a 
Yahoo! group to discuss Hailstorm.  Check out my story for
