[JDEV] In case people are looking for richer (animated) content for messages

  Seems that SMIL Basic has a high probablility of being the building
block used in the next few years by wireless devices services, so if
people are contemplating extending the existing XHTML basic support,
they should look at it:

Though the full 2.0 SMIL spec is huge, the basic profile is reasonably
sized.
