Sounds like a perfectly legitimate goal to me.  I fact, I think I would
be somewhat dissapointed if it wasn't like that by the time we're
finished.

Of course, since each language has it's own way of creating
XML-RPC/CORBA/SOAP/whatever, each language would require somebody to
write the JAM class for it.  But thats the easy part :-)
