[JDEV] Good choice of name

I took the safe_mysql shell script and modified it to work for Jabber -- the
inittab(5) suggestion wouldn't activate Jabber (nevermind the mistake of
launching Jabber as root).  There's nothing original in the script idea ...
I can post the script if there is interest.
